( nr 187 ) Two scans above: a draft of my CV update and a reproduced copy of a 'blank' or a blanked-out paragraph about Yorkshire Moors secret. I hope the scan shows the yellow color of the highlighter pencil which I used as I read the text (no marks in the paragraph of interest).

The WHAT NOT theory explains a lot of the Satanic engineering. One example I gave during my conversation with Brian Gerrish (I don't believe it was him, or perhaps he is not what many believe he is) is about POLICE :

From NOT doing the duty, the right thing, not behaving normally is not far to a ZERO (grinding to a halt), from which the pendulum goes into the REVERSE (read perverse) - making friends with the criminals, enforsing their rights, making provisions for their health, safety and needs.

Caring for the criminal and not for the honest people and the victims. NOT fighting crime.

Another method is to create an obnoxious mountain of paper work and bureacracy, resulting in people having no time and no energy to do their duty and to do what is right.

( nr 186 ) Well, this is one of perhaps several more posts BEFORE the self chosen and arbitrary date of 12 March. VERY IMPORTANT to share, I think.
1. After a tel. conversation and an e-mail follow-up with Brian Gerrish, ( 9-16 January), I am fully convinced, that there was an interference, obviously from the local 'actors' aka infamous Gosport GAMES or scum training, involving IMPERSONATION. Richard Tomlinson wrote about it years ago. New misgivings about thetruthseeker.co.uk on my part. Have the so-called agencies worked TOGETHER for a very-very long time? I think so. Kay Griggs is right. I can only call for a spotlight on the role of WOMEN, or so-called women in all this.
2. I read a printout of an article, highlighting key words/names, as I usually do. I missed the part that attracted my attention in the first place. I re-read it and saw that THE INTERESTING PARAGRAPH was blank, i.e. I skipped it the first time, as I read and marked the text.
So, this a perfect example/confirmation of how people forget, leave behind, omit, miss things or are 'wrongfooted'. I remember discussing with Leonid Timochouk how one inexplicably misplaces papers, for example. And not just misplacing, but actually going through the whole lot or all files before finding what was there/in front of you just a minute ago.
In other words, a simplified formula WHAT NOT works hypnotically: the command (on/off line) given subliminally in text or sound is to ignore and not see or register what is there in front of you - the first time or so many times or ' until' smth.
This may be behind numerous phenomena, such as uncharacteristic forgetfullness, clatter and premature dementia. In Moscow in 80/90s medics talked of zahlamlenie.
Confusion and distraction may be a result of what someone described as truncation of thought/action.
The article in question was a link from http://larsonmedia.net/ and and the paragraph that I 'blanked out' was the fifth paragraph about ECHELON in 'England's Yorkshire moors'. I wanted to to read about it, because I visited Yorkshire only recently and for the first time.

Watch out for the the so-called innovation (?) - a UK electric plug, in which the EARTH pin is PLASTIC. The electrostatics and my CD interrupted playing was apparently due to this innovation.
As for the reported Silent Sound communications via NEUTRAL wire ( a rmn forum post with further links: ... 136039) it may be part of hasty and scandalous experimentation in order to switch to 'only digital' next February(?). The radio, apart from foreign stations being blocked, has ( increasingly) too much of noise, which, however, often 'removes itself'. Back in Holland a noise from an electric cupboard was noticeable at home. And in UK I was advised and realised myself, that not only one needs to switch appliances off, but actually switch off the master switches or pull plugs out. Curiously, I also noticed a confusion due to an 'innovative' design (back in 2002), whereby an appliance may be ON 'standby' fashion automatically via plug in the socket.
A couple of times table row with computers on it (middle floor of the Gosport library) would go noisily vibrant for minutes, whatever experiments were going on.

I noticed considerable differences in content and volume between English and Russian WIKI texts. Example: Boris Berezovski. Earlier, I noticed some more extensive russian versions on some Russian sites, whereas years earlier, russian business and government sites used to give a more comprehensive content, including contact details on the English language versions.
