[ Wed. 6 April, 2016] - The way in which National POLICE and local elections are organized seems to indicate desperate wish of those who may be guilty of crimes including treason, to actually sabotage nominations and elections.
I opted for not wanting to be in an 'open' register only because it is scandalously defined as a database (with your name and address) which can be sold (!) to anybody (!) incl. charities, businesses, etc.
Depleted open register may hide actual demography, inhabitants and the dynamics.
As for the voter register, I filled two forms (second requiring dob and soc. sec. number) of 9 and 21 march, but received a poll card for the previous tenant of flat 26. I now received my poll card wrongly indicating my address - flat 28. A couple of years ago I did receive TWO poll cards.
All this could be sorted out, of course, once we know what is being done and by whom.
By the way, the NewSpeak introduced a new word: OCCUPANT. That is how letters are addressed recently: owner or occupant.

( nr 353 ) - At the same bi-lingual conference in Moscow (see end of the previous post) I was asked to assist with the programe of student exchanges, that is between Russian and British universities.
I asked for the letter of introduction/recommendation, and was told (by the same man, forgot his name) that they don't like paper work/trail.
So far I only spoke about my report at the conference and the saga of words TIME and SPACE having been censored out.
Either Katia Zatuliveter or Anna Chapman had a sister working with international students in one of the British Universities. Or, was it someone else?
I remember speaking to one of the Portsmouth Uni students, when they were supporting Socialist Worker Union (?) demo.

Years ago, when called to be an Examiner for Oxbridge Physics O-level exams, myself and some (mostly retired) Physics teachers criticised ONE QUESTION, which was diabolical and confusing.
When marking papers, I noticed, that many/most students simply left it unanswered, or acted as if they did not notice the defect. It was the most intelligent student who attempted the answer in a ... diplomatic way!

4. I recently came across one suspect definition given by a physicist in Holland. By chance (?), he works with/for engineers in Gas and Oil industry.
Dutch Government recently changed law to help citizens who suffered damage as a result of geological engineering works.

5. If not for students, perhaps for parents and grandparents I could give some information on developments in Education.

 Replaced by a Yoga (?) poster.
 I printed a minute ago from post 247, where a different baby is on a keyholder. The keyholder baby photo was ... uncertain, even chilling, because I wondered if the baby was .... dead. The poster outside, was an "improved" version, some similarity, but all rosy and pink, etc.
I was not the only one who found it disturbing at the time, in January 2010: I talked to my neighbours.

[ Friday 12 Feb.2016] - Years ago I wrote on a Russian Forum (RuNet) that while NLP is known, The VISUAL neuro-programming, NVP was all around us, but not discussed/analysed. Perhaps other senses should be also considered. The well-known therapy method of SLIDES is used to "erase" traumatic memories. It is also used by the CABAL to "turn" people, to generate so-called Stockholm Syndrome. The method of slides may have some dangerous unforseen consequences as well.

My address changed just a bit: it is now flat 26 at St. Matthews Court in Gosport.
I probably stayed longest at the block of flats 21-32 at St. Matthews. People (mostly tenants) keep moving in and out. Very interesting! My correspondence with Parker and Torrington shall have to be renewed (ref. Sunday 6 May 2012 events, etc.)
The world is getting smaller, definitely that of Gosport.
DOLPHIN flat , a holiday appartement next to Harbour Lights appt. had an interesting wall decoration - a display of sailor knots and Polish texts: Marienska Wojenna Rzhepospolita Polska (spelling must be wrong - from memory) - NAVY of Polish Republic. Another detail: my father told me that when he decided to tell one woman, a neighbour, to stop phoning/visiting, his heart trouble/pain stopped. My daughter was in Calgary as a member of the Dutch team (St.Aloisius College in The Hague) for the STUDENT WORLD DEBATING Competition. She was briefly interviewed by Canadian TV or Radio. As part of the Cultural Programe youngsters were taken to a local attraction - Medicine Hat (or Hut?) - an Indian reservation/ Museum near Calgary.

WHO is "Mrs. Williams" in Canada ...? As I wrote earlier, I consider those calls to my daughter and letters from my ex-husband as SUSPECT.
The most interesting thing is it was ... RAPHAEL COHN who suggested that my daughter should search for Mr. Udom online.

I remembered a color contrast on a map of Chili ( Pacific Coast ): combination of very high mountains and a very deep ocean basin. By the way, there was a very remarkable spiritual/moral aspect to Shotokan Karate, as was taught by Gobi China (he was from a neighbouring Francophone country), which was missing in some other types of martial arts and with some 'outsider' trainers. Two of my best friends in Unilag - Lynn Nwuneli (American) and Ramatu Abdullahi (Nigerian) died too early and, in dramatic circumstances.
They kill parents and go after children ? ...
Ramatu had her Ph.D. in PSYCHOLOGY supervised by OPPENHEIMER - one of them. They ( 'oppenheimers') were interested in the Concept of DEATH and how it was internalised in Islam.
Ramatu might have become smb. who "knows too much", as she would have realised the interest went beyond academic. There was a young English man around (her friend), who seemed very much MI6 type. He asked me once if I wanted my daughter to go to Eaton school. No, I did not consider that, not from him. Very untrustworthy.

[ Tue. 22 Dec. 2015] - At "Boots" in Portsmouth receptionist upstairs told me:
 1. they can't take my photo-camera for development (usually/last time - one hour) because there is a technical problem and the engineer (visible) is working at it.
 2. She added that it would take at least 3-4 days.
Since when can receptionists tell how long the engineering problem solution will take?
I took a few pictures of a man yesterday morning, also of his very interesting face. He walked along Clarence (?) street, between St. Matthews's and Gosport Library. Dark jacket, light trousers.
In Portsmouth Centre there was some theatrics, or S-theater as I call it, with some actors possibly East European and African.
For some reason (faces, make-up, vibes ?) I remembered a memorable picture (still?) of a Jewish woman in Fareham library with two African boys (8-10 y. old?). It was upstairs, when computer tables were in the far right corner. The woman had a very cold/chilling expression. The boys were very quiet and had this unusual dark complection - very dark, matt and even, which I never saw before, in Africa or Europe. It also reminded me of a "special" lesson given at Bridgemary school by Ruth Evans. Many more associations, memories and insights.
