Many people experience(d) seeing lookalikes, clones(?). Real THEATER - with dress, make-up, mannerisms, body language. The striking similarity (or partial similarity) is often achieved from a particular angle, distance and with only part of the face or body seen.

There were tv ads at one time, when faces were synthetically transformed n times: age, gender, race, etc. in a few seconds.
CCTV (can) work two ways (?). CCTV can/do talk to people. Their 'voices' can be inaudible, but affect the brain.
Faces of people on a football stadium can be zoomed into. Are insects' eyes prototypes of multiple or distributed cameras ? I only recall school biology lesson. May be wrong here.
By the way, since we hear so much about possible emergencies, football fans should remember their family members are at home.

( nr 139 ) UFO sightings in UK ? Well, by now I think most people realize, that the "aliens" and their crafts are pretty much a creation of the same "team" of psycho-scientists, human(+animal) breeders, etc. And by the way, the creations of human breeding labs may very well be not just little monsters, but handsome, very very tall, with a special shade of colour - just like thoroughbreds (spelling to check), which may produce "shock and awe" in a dumbed down and junk food fed populace. The Blue Beam and holographic sky-video may be part of the show.

Soviet lingo: PLAN PO USPEVAEMOSTI - plan/targets of what the grades and marks in secondary school exams should be. A nightmare for teachers, although, at the time, the system was still strong. I am probably not well qualified to judge, as for many years, I was oblivious to the fact, that I went to a (senior) secondary school 710 in Moscow(also school-laboratory number 1 of Russian Academy of Pedagogical Sciences), where they taught an advanced and experimental curriculum, different from the mainstream. It seems, the school existed for a short time only. There were 3 departments: Physics-Mathematics, Chemistry-Biology and Humanities. There was an interesting difference between psychologies, mentalities and 'behaviours' of students and teachers in the 3 departments. Having said that, the selection might have played some role.

Two things I found remarkable about Bill Clinton: his legalization of homosexuals in the military as his first legislation in his high office, reportedly (as I remember) as a kind of a deal struck in pre-election campaign. Secondly, his transformation or metamorphose during the legal testimony during that Levinski (Polish name ?) trial. He was so collected, technical, lucid (?), which was almost the opposite of his (often seen and commented on by Ross Perot) tipsy-like demeanor or expression.
As for Monika Levinski herself, she actually exerted pressure on him, or simply tried to secure a certain post/position in the United Nations, which wasn't commented on.
Well, I may as well recall a documentary, in which Hilary said she was the first to spot Bill and make the first move. Very assertive.
