Just noticed G. Zuganov looks a bit like a Russian (as he was introduced to me years ago) mathematician from Portsmouth University.

1. Raphael COHN (son of Elaine Cohn and David Cohn ?) - did some computer work for Military in INDIA privately (?). Ref. Indian air-show: two planes collided.
2. University of Portsmouth (Prof. Craven time?) helped (for free?) to calculate distances and distribution of medical centres. Unofficialy - Ministry of Defence. Ref. lecture in Café Scientifique.

When I asked him about geography of the Allied sectors or zones in Germany after WW2, actually about the British military presence, he was just silent. And Germany and WW2 are often a topic in local conversations, as well as brick - a - brack in Charity shops. I bought some. My curiosity was triggered by evasive Wikipedia Plus presentations.

I had two strange/engineered falls yesterday: one in Gosport opposite SCOPE charity shop, another - in Fareham, at the bus station. Knie grazed at exactly the same spot.
There were two remarkable "accidents" in the past: one on board the train to London (Fusco time) when standing up from my seat I suddenly experienced right knie "giving in". Man sitting opposite  had simultaneous "micro-smile". Another years ago opposite Aldi (before it came up) and where recently a lorry driver aggressively climbed the pavement ( I just ignored him). There was another truck driver who simply stared at me, I stumbled over much longer distance than normal "mechanics" would warrant and fell down. I remember a man with his son (about 10 years old) who had his arm in a plaster, who looked at me with understanding - the boy must have had a strange fall as well.

( nr 403 ) - Yesterday (Sunday) there were flashing lights (Chr. lights?) downstairs in our block (21-32 flats) of private residential complex St.Matthews Court, Gosport, Hampshire, UK.
The hall downstairs was very dark, blackened like the flat of Michael's mother (flat 24) as a result of a black plastic (garbage bag?) wrapped around the lighting plafon.
The decorative lighting was actually connected like a shunt (?) or a short circuit to existing wiring (we were told security wiring) on the walls, that looks like fiber glass. This morning the Chr. lights wire was cut, but the black plastic is taped around the light.
